SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & PRODUCT REPRESENTATION We make every effort to display the colors and images of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However:

1. Handcrafted Nature: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variances in size, stone color, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.
2. Monitor Display: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3. Material Purity: We guarantee the purity of our 925 Sterling Silver as described. Material certification (SGS/REACH) can be provided upon request for bulk orders.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• Market Fluctuations: As a jewelry manufacturer, we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on international market fluctuations in raw material costs (e.g., silver and gold prices).

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM ORDERS & OEM/ODM PROJECTS (Crucial for B2B) For custom designs or bulk OEM projects:

1. Approval: Production begins only after the buyer approves final 3D renderings or physical samples.
2. Non-Refundable: Once production has commenced, custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned unless a structural quality defect is present.
3. Lead Times: Standard lead time for custom orders is 7-15 business days, excluding shipping time.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DESIGN PROTECTION

1. Merryshine Assets: All designs and images on this site are the property of Merryshine Jewelry. Wholesale partners are granted a limited license to use our images for marketing products purchased directly from us.
2. Client Designs: We respect your creativity. All custom designs provided by you for OEM production are protected under strict confidentiality and will not be sold to other parties.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. This includes orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by unauthorized distributors or for fraudulent purposes. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DUTIES We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.

• Import Duties: The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes incurred upon arrival in the destination country.
• Shipping Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
