Q: 2. How many workers in the factory?
A: We have more than 200 workers.

Q: 3. What's the monthly capacity?
A: Our capacity is 100000 pcs per month.

Q: 4. How do you gurantee the quality?
A: We will carry out quality inspections in each process, each craft step 5-10 times QC quality inspections, the defective rate is below 1%, we will take the responsibility for any quality problems caused by our side.

Q: 5. How long the plating color will be keep?
A: Water Plated color usually keep 6 month, vacuum plated color usually keep 1 to 2 years. Depends on the customer's wear.

Q: 6. Do you offer after-sales warranty service?
A: Yes, about fading, crystal fall off and other quality problems, we offer half to 1 years after-sales warranty service, but you need pay the shipping fee.

Q: 7. What's the standard of the material quality?
A: Our material can pass REACH, SGS, UL.

Q: 8. The jewelry design and logo can be customerized?
A: Yes, we can customize the design you send or you can choose from our selection,we provide free design.

Q: 9. Could I have a sample for quality check?
A: Yes, sample order is welcome, when your cumulative number of orders reaches 500, we will refund the sample money to you.

Q: 10. What is the minimum quantity for each order?
A: Normally moq is 2-30 pcs, But we also accept sample customization service for MOQ 1 piece. if you can accept a higher price.

Q: 11. What is the production time?
A: Normally it is 10-35 days, depending on the order quantity and complexity of making.

Q: 12. What's the packaging of your jewelry items?
A: Normally we use the OPP bag, bubble bag and paper box to pack the goods, if you have the sepecial requirement, it's no problem.

Q: 13. What is the payment term?
A: Our payment term are T/T, Westernunion, Paypal and L/C at sight.
