1. Order Processing Time

As a factory-direct supplier, our processing times vary based on the type of order:

• Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items: All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Custom / OEM Orders: Custom designs, personalized engravings, or bulk production orders typically require 7-15 business days for manufacturing and quality inspection.
• Please note: Processing time does not include weekends or international holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (China Standard Time) will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of premium shipping methods to accommodate your business needs:

• Express Shipping (Recommended): DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
• Standard Shipping: EMS and dedicated international postal lines.
• Bulk Freight: Air or Sea freight options are available for large-volume wholesale orders upon request.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order during checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your destination:

• DHL/FedEx/UPS Express: 3–7 business days.
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days.
• Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs inspections, carrier peak seasons, or extreme weather.

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is key to our partnership. Once your order has been dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track your order’s progress in real-time.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Merryshine Jewelry ships globally from our factory in China. Please be aware of the following:

• Recipient Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
