1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging (including tags and any certificates).
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Crucial for Wholesale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom Orders (OEM/ODM): Personalized jewelry, custom engravings, or items manufactured based on unique client designs.
• Final Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or special holiday promotions.
• Worn or Damaged Items: Jewelry showing signs of wear or altered by third-party jewelers.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Quality Issues (Our Responsibility): If the product is defective, damaged during transit, or the material purity (e.g., silver content) is not as described, Merryshine will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or free replacement.
• Change of Mind (Buyer's Responsibility): For non-quality related returns (e.g., "I don't like the style"), the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

• Inspection: If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer).
• Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@merryshinejewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
