Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our China warehouse. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
Customs & Duties
Import duties, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please specify tax ID or company name at checkout if required.
Insurance
- With insurance: Full compensation for lost or damaged packages.
- Without insurance: Shipping risk borne by customer.

Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns
If you are not fully satisfied, return your unworn and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund including original shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Return Shipping Coverage
- Quality Issues
- Provide 3+ clear photos and a 15-second video of the defect
- Inspection report issued within 48 hours
- Description Discrepancies
- Stone size variance > 0.5mm
- Metal purity not as described
- Functional differences
Exceptions
- Natural variations (e.g., pearl blemishes, crystal veining) are not defects
- Minor color differences (within 3%) are normal
- 18K gold-plated items require care to avoid damage from cosmetics or sweat
Lost Packages
If your package is delayed by more than 7 days after the estimated delivery:
- Wait with extended carrier protection
- Request reshipment with carrier confirmation
- Request a full refund
Return Procedure
- Email info@merryshinejewelry.com with subject: [Order# + Reason]
- Receive tamper-proof pouch with tracking ID
- Return item in original packaging along with pouch and shipping receipt
- Refund processed within 3 business days after inspection
EU customers retain statutory 14-day withdrawal rights.
